Junior and Senior Adventure Playgrounds

Thanks to the modular nature of much of our PLAYGEAR equipment you can have a design to meet your space or other needs. With our Junior and Senior Adventure Playgrounds, we offer a range of platforms which can be raised to a variety of heights and be used to support a range of slides and chutes. They can be accessed by our exciting range of climbing gear, which varies from a basic ladder to our Rock Wall Climb and Rope Climb.

Our wide selection of tunnels, bars and bridges can be used to link the different platforms, making an exciting play area that will challenge kids physically while building their confidence. All are made from high grade timber, top quality plastics and strong, durable powder coated, galvanised steel. 

 

Playground Slides

Slides in playgrounds have always been a source of excitement for children of all ages as they tap into the forces of gravity for a ride. We have an excellent range of top quality playground slides in all sorts of styles and configurations. We use top quality materials including fibreglass and polyethylene plastic.

Climbing Equipment

Climbing equipment is great for developing upper torso strength, as well as eye-hand and eye-foot coordination.Learning to conquer overhead bar gear also gives kids a great sense of achievement.

Early Childhood Play Panels

Playgear Play Panels  can be encorporatied into your playground or they can be purchased as a stand alone item. These interactive play panels give the opportunity to learn and develop whilst having fun. They encourage children of all ages and abilities to play side-by-side.
 
 

Inclusive and Accessible Play Equipment

The Integrated Carousel is 2.7m in diameter and suitable for two wheelchairs and 6 persons seated, minimum. The Carousel spins level with the playing surface and is specifically designed for people with disabilities, and easy wheel chair access. It is ideal for integrated play.





 

Park Table and Benches- with wheelchair accessibility

Park Table and Benches, designed to seat 6 people along and can accomodate 2 wheelchairs at each end. This Park table and benches are 1800mm long and made from macrocarpa wood, galvanised steel and are powdercoated to the colour of your choice. They can be concreted into the ground or fixed to a concrete pad using masonry anchors.
 
 

Basketball and Mini ball Stands and other sports equipment

We are manufacturers of heavy duty, Basketball and Mini ball stands. Our stands are made from durable materials such as galvanised steel and we use high quality fittings. Our backboards are made form a productsimilar to a PVC product but with far superior qualities for more demanding applications. Our backboards are very strong, durable and light weight with a hard, smooth surface that will not warp and split like plywood or shatter like glass.

We also manufacture Rugby Goals and Soccer Goals along with Gym Base Poles which are movable for netball, volleyball, badminton and tennis. Ask us for a quote.


 

Bike Racks

Playgear bike racks can be custom made to suit up to 8 bikes. Our freestanding bike racks are fabricated from mild steel, finished with durable hot dip galvanising.

Soft fall safety surface's

As well as suplying you with a new playground, we can also help you with your softfall requirements. We choose to use Playmatta original due to its extremely hard-wearing qualities. Its also great if you need to replace any damaged tiles as its quite a simple process. Play Matta is manufactured to ensure playground operators meet all the requirements of the New Zealand Standard 5828:2015.
 

Shade Structure's and Shade Sails

Our vast experience in equipping playgrounds, child care centres and schools means we can provide a range of shade structure's and shade sails to meet individual requirements. We have sails that can be easily put up at the start of the day and pulled down once play is over, or others that provide a more permanent solution.
